Ollantaytambo is an often overlooked stop on the way between Cusco and Machu Picchu, but it is worth a trip all unto itself! It has an impressive Inca fortress, houses some of the oldest still inhabited buildings of the Americas and a has history surrounded by myth and mystery.

On the 24th of October, the Alma Amor staff and guests participated in an Andean full moon ceremony led by our ceremonial expert Christian. It led us to reflect on the power of gratitude, prayer and blessing, and taught us about the magic of a ceremonial fire.
