1.     Introduction:

The Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are offered through Alma Amor, operated by Inka Queen Group S.A.C, a company registered in Peru under RUC: 20601301866, with its registered office at Calle del Medio #742, Ollantaytambo, Cusco, Peru.

By applying for or participating in any Inner Compass Mentorship programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined within this agreement.

2.     Nature of the Work

The Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are intended for personal development, self-awareness, intuitive development and coaching purposes.

The work is designed to support participants in developing greater clarity, self-responsibility, aligned decision-making and conscious behavioural change through reflective practices, guided coaching, intuitive insight and structured application.

Participants understand that this work may involve exploring personal patterns, assumptions, coping mechanisms, emotional responses and behavioural tendencies, including aspects that may currently operate outside of conscious awareness.

Participants acknowledge that intuitive guidance and insight may form part of this work. Such guidance is intended to support reflection, awareness and personal decision-making, and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, financial or clinical advice.

Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, crisis support or mental health treatment.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, interpretations and outcomes throughout the duration of the mentorship relationship.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for or participate in any Inner Compass Mentorship programme.

By applying, participants confirm that they are legally recognised as an adult within their country of residence.

3.     Participant Responsibility and Commitment

Participants understand that meaningful change requires active engagement, personal responsibility and consistent participation.

The Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are experiential in nature and are not intended to be passive learning environments. Participants are expected to engage with the practices, reflections, conversations and exercises provided throughout the mentorship process.

Participants acknowledge that this work involves a willingness to honestly examine current patterns, behaviours, assumptions and coping mechanisms, including aspects that may be outside of immediate conscious awareness.

Participants are responsible for their own choices, actions, interpretations and level of participation throughout the mentorship experience.

Participants are encouraged to approach the work with openness, self-honesty and a willingness to engage with insight and reflection, even when it challenges existing perspectives or familiar ways of operating.

To support the integrity of the container, participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal experiences, disclosures and participation of other members. What is shared within the mentorship space is expected to remain within the mentorship space.

Participants are also expected to attend sessions with presence, focus and personal responsibility, minimising unnecessary distractions or competing commitments wherever reasonably possible in order to engage fully with the work.

The mentorship process is intended to support not only personal growth, but also greater service through the way participants relate to themselves, others and the wider world.

4.      Wellbeing, Suitability and Participation

Participants acknowledge that the Inner Compass Mentorship programmes involve reflective, emotional, behavioural and intuitive exploration, and therefore require an appropriate level of personal stability, self-awareness and self-responsibility.

Participants agree to provide honest and accurate information regarding their wellbeing, emotional health, medication use and any relevant personal circumstances during the application process and throughout the mentorship relationship where appropriate.

Participants understand that certain mental health conditions, periods of emotional instability, substance dependency, unmanaged psychological distress or other wellbeing concerns may affect suitability for participation within these programmes.

Alma Amor and/or Marie Johnston reserve the right to decline, pause or discontinue participation where it is considered that the mentorship environment may not currently be appropriate, supportive or safe for the individual concerned or for the wider group container.

Participants acknowledge that they remain fully responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychiatric, psychological or therapeutic support where needed.

Participants agree not to attend sessions whilst significantly impaired through the use of alcohol, recreational drugs or other substances that may compromise their ability to participate responsibly or safely.

Participants also acknowledge that mentorship sessions are intended to support clarity, awareness and aligned action, and are not suitable for crisis intervention or emergency mental health support.

5.      Confidentiality and Respectful Participation

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of other members participating within the Inner Compass Mentorship programmes.

Personal experiences, discussions, reflections, disclosures and interactions shared within mentorship sessions, group spaces or private communications are expected to remain confidential and are not to be shared outside of the container without explicit permission from the individual concerned.

Participants agree to engage respectfully with other members and to contribute to maintaining a supportive, responsible and psychologically safe environment for all participants.

Harassment, intimidation, persistent disruption, aggressive behaviour, repeated boundary violations or behaviour considered harmful to the integrity of the mentorship environment may result in participation being paused or discontinued.

Participants understand that mentorship sessions, group calls and materials may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission from Alma Amor and/or Marie Johnston.

Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate personal boundaries and discretion when engaging with other participants inside or outside of the mentorship environment.

While confidentiality will be respected to the greatest extent reasonably possible, confidentiality may be broken where required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding immediate risk of serious harm to the participant or others.

6.     Programme Structure, Commitment and Payments

Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are offered as commitment-based containers intended to support consistency, depth of engagement and meaningful participation over time.

Community and Group Coaching programmes operate with an initial 6-month commitment period. Private Mentorship operates with an initial 12-month commitment period.

By enrolling, participants acknowledge their intention to engage with the programme for the agreed commitment period and understand that the structure of the work is designed to build progressively through continued participation, reflection and application over time.

Payment structures, instalment arrangements and programme fees are agreed upon at enrolment and remain binding for the duration of the agreed commitment period.

Payments are generally non-refundable once programme access, participation or mentorship sessions have commenced.

Where instalment arrangements are in place, participants remain responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule regardless of attendance levels, temporary changes in personal circumstances or levels of participation.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions wherever reasonably possible. Missed sessions, unused calls or periods of non-participation are not refundable, transferable or credited.

Requests to pause participation will only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as immediate family bereavement, serious accident or emergency illness. Earliest possible notification is appreciated.

Alma Amor reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to scheduling, session dates, delivery formats or programme structures where necessary in order to support the integrity and continuation of the mentorship programmes.

7.     Communication, Boundaries and Availability

Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are intended to provide structured mentorship, guidance and developmental support within the agreed scope of the programme.

Participants understand that access to Marie Johnston outside of scheduled sessions is limited to reasonable programme-related communication and does not constitute unlimited coaching, crisis support or on-demand availability.

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly throughout the mentorship relationship.

Reasonable response times will vary depending on workload, travel, retreats, time zones and personal availability. Immediate responses should not be expected.

Participants acknowledge that mentorship spaces, private messaging channels and email communication are not monitored as emergency support services.

Where urgent psychological, emotional, psychiatric or medical support is required, participants remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional assistance through relevant local services or qualified healthcare providers.

Participants are expected to maintain appropriate personal boundaries and recognise the distinction between mentorship support, personal responsibility and external professional care.

Alma Amor reserves the right to pause or discontinue communication channels or participation where boundaries are repeatedly disregarded or where communication becomes inappropriate, aggressive, manipulative or harmful to the integrity of the mentorship environment.

8.     Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All mentorship materials, teachings, recordings, written content, exercises, frameworks, practices and resources provided through Alma Amor and the Inner Compass Mentorship programmes remain the intellectual property of Alma Amor and/or Marie Johnston unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for personal use within the context of the mentorship programmes only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, taught, published, shared or used commercially without prior written permission.

Participants may not share private access links, membership materials, recordings or programme resources with others who are not enrolled participants.

Participants acknowledge that the mentorship programmes and associated materials are intended to support personal development and learning, and do not grant certification, licensing rights or permission to teach, facilitate or commercially reproduce the material unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9.    Applicaation, Acceptance & Right to Refuse Participation

Participation within Inner Compass Mentorship programmes may require an application, interview process and/or approval prior to enrolment.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any mentorship programme.

Alma Amor and/or Marie Johnston reserve the right to accept, decline, pause or discontinue participation where it is considered that the mentorship environment may not be appropriately aligned, supportive or suitable for the individual concerned or for the wider group container.

Participants agree to provide honest, accurate and complete information throughout the application and enrolment process.

Where participation is discontinued due to repeated boundary violations, harmful behaviour, dishonesty, persistent disruption or failure to uphold the integrity of the mentorship environment, access to the programme may be withdrawn.

Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are intended to support committed participation, personal responsibility and aligned growth. Acceptance into the mentorship environment is therefore based not only on interest in the work, but also on suitability, readiness and alignment with the values and expectations of the container.

10.   Agreement and Acknowledgement

Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in the mentorship process and remain fully responsible for their own participation, choices, actions and wellbeing throughout the mentorship relationship.

The Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are intended to provide guidance, awareness, reflection, accountability and developmental support. No specific outcomes, results or personal transformations are guaranteed, and individual experiences will vary based on personal circumstances, level of participation, openness, consistency and the actions taken outside of mentorship sessions.

Participants further acknowledge that the Inner Compass Mentorship programmes are intended for personal development, coaching and self-awareness purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Agreement to these terms may be provided electronically through application forms, enrolment processes, payment confirmation, written communication or continued participation within the mentorship programmes.
By applying for, enrolling in or participating in any Inner Compass Mentorship programme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined within this agreement.
